• Society for Pediatric Research APS/SPR - The Society organizes what is probably the world's largest pediatric research conference, primarily concerned with neonatology. Usually held every year in May. Abstracts are searchable with keywords.
  
• Cochrane Collaboration Prepares, maintains, and promotes the use of systematic reviews in the field of health care. Neonatology is a field which is coming to (or will come to) rely heavily on the concept of "evidence based medicine".

• National Institute of Child Health and Human Development The NICHD, which is part of the NIH, funds research in neonatal-perinatal medicine, and also organizes many neonatal centers around the USA in what is known as the "NICHD Neonatal Network".
