Center for Educational Policy, Applied Research, & Evaluation CEPARE provides assistance to school districts, agencies, organizations, and university faculty by conducting research, evaluation, and policy studies.

The Senator George J. Mitchell Scholarship Research Institute The Mitchell Institute provides scholarships to Maine students attending Maine colleges, researches student aspirations, and determines ways to remove obstacles to obtaining a college education.
