- Institute for the Academic Advancement of Youth of The Johns Hopkins University. The Institute offers assessment, programs, services, and publications and resources for academically talented pre-college students.
- Saturday Academy Designed to provide enrichment experiences for academically talented students. This program is free to all students, but acceptance is not guaranteed. Site describes the program and admissions requirements.
- Shad International Shad International operates Shad Valley, Canada's premier program in science, technology, and entrepreneurship for gifted high school students all over the world. Each summer, 500 high school students attend one of ten universities and work for one of our 250 partner companies.
- Bridges Academy Bridges Academy in Sherman Oaks, CA is a grade 6-12 coed, college preparatory school educating gifted and highly gifted students who have not done well in traditional settings.
- Gifted Students Institute dedicated to the education and development of talented and gifted students in Texas and the Southwest. The mission of the Institute is to advance the intellectual, social and psychological development of gifted children/students.
- Brandeis Summer Odyssey: A Pre-college Program Catalog of summer courses for gifted high school students. Curriculum supports hands-on student inquiry in Brandeis classrooms and laboratories in current topics in science, math and technology.
- Air Academy Summer Youth Programs Young people between the ages of 12 and 18 can participate in the aviation experience of a lifetime at EAAs 2001 summer aviation camps. Not only are there on-the-ground, hands-on activities but actual flight simulation and, weather permitting, an in-the-air experience as well.

- Center for Excellence in Education Founded by Admiral Hyman G. Rickover, the Center for Excellence in Education in McLean, Virginia sponsors two free programs for secondary-school students. The Research Science Institute enables gifted math and science students from the United States and other countries to develop advanced research studies under the supervision of leading scientists. The Role Models and Leaders Program encourages inner-city students to pursue university education and professional careers.

- Rocky Mountain School for the Gifted and Creative The Rocky Mountain School for Gifted and Creative, dedicated to the education of gifted children since 1990, challenges, supports, and inspires gifted children. Located in Boulder, Colorado.
- Virtual School for the Gifted A place where like minds can meet regardless of age, gender and geography. - Summer High School Apprenticeship Research Program NASAs program for enrichment of high school students is the Summer High School Apprenticeship Research Program (SHARP). SHARP is designed to attract underrepresented minorities and women to aerospace careers.
