• Palouse Folklore Society Volunteer non-profit organization in the Moscow, Idaho / Pullman, Washington area dedicated to preserving and celebrating cultural traditions of folk music, dance and traditional arts and crafts.
  
• Fox Valley Folklore Society - Illinois Information on folklife activities and events in the Chicagoland area and the Midwest and links to other folklife and folk music sites; the FVFS sponsors more than 100 folklife events every year in Chicago's western suburbs, including concerts, sing arounds, old-time community barn dances, and storytelling gatherings.
